The Colorado State Senate was up until about midnight last night listening to 102 people testify about HB 10-1284 Regulation of Medical Marijuana. As the Madame Speaker noted, only 3 people spoke in favor of the bill, will 99 scared, tired, sick patients, caregivers, and dispensary owners testifing against the bill.

HB 10-1284 aims to make accessing medical marijuana more difficult and imposes heavy taxes on medical marijuana. The CDPHE won’t have money to process the backlog pf applications until at least July, yet they are going full force with regulating dispensaries today.
