The Colorado Department of Revenue is holding an Emergency Meeting this morning about the 2 year residency requirement, which may be contrary to what Chris Romer announced Friday. Residency may constitute being in one ‘primary home’ for at least 2 years as described in CO HB 10-1284 and may apply to all persons working at a ‘Center’.
