It will now be regulated medical marijuana ‘centers’ which will be providing medical marijuana to patients with ‘debilitating medical conditions’ in Colorado. Hundreds of applications were received by the Colorado Department of Revenue up until the last minute as reported:
To be Center operators really went through a difficult time as 30 page forms to receive a license to operate a center were only made public 3 weeks ago.
The Colorado Department of Revenue is holding an Emergency Meeting this morning about the 2 year residency requirement, which may be contrary to what Chris Romer announced Friday. Residency may constitute being in one ‘primary home’ for at least 2 years as described in CO HB 10-1284 and may apply to all persons working at a ‘Center’.
