Jessica Corry Ganja Warrior

Nothing is sexier than women and marijuana, and attorney Jessica Corry gets our Ganja Warrior Goddess award for October.  Colorado medical marijuana patients in Grand Junction, and El Paso County have been taking a beating this week as their cast of town council clowns think that they can take away marijuana from needy citizens.  Like a teenage boy with his first porno mag, local governments around Colorado are drooling at what they read in CO HB 10 – 1284 and how they supposedly can ban medical marijuana.  How do you ban a constitutional right?

Banning medical marijuana can happen at any level of government under new regulations whether by council vote, or popular election ballot vote.  El Paso County gave the green light to medical marijuana over the past year and provided regulations and guidance for retail sale of cannabis, and are now allowing the public to vote to ban it.  This just makes no sense, and Jessica Corry agrees and filed a lawsuit to get the question of whether to ban medical marijuana off the ballot, less than a month before the election, and after ballots have already been printed.  El Paso County is pretty much freaking out over the lawsuit to get the measure off the ballot because the ballots have already been printed.  Tuesday Oct. 12, the same day that mail ballots will be mailed out is the first scheduled court date before a judge about the lawsuit.  Jah willing, Jessica Cory will come out triumphant, and set a precedent in Colorado that no one can prevent patients from accessing medical marijuana.  Furthermore, a win for the plaintiff’s lawsuit would demonstrate how greatly unlawful new medical marijuana regulations under CO HB 10 – 1284 are. Read the lawsuit.

With CO HB 10 – 1284 getting closer to the burn pit by the day, it will be interesting to see if Counties like El Paso, Park, and Mesa will continue to try to prevent patients from accessing medical marijuana under threat of lawsuit.  There may be many in Colorado who don’t want to see marijuana widely available for all of us pot heads, but many of those also don’t want to see elected officials putting unlawful measures on county ballots.  Marijuana is here to stay, especially with a Ganja Goddess like Jessica Corry blazing the path of righteousness before all mankind.  Jah Bless Jessica!  Enjoy marijuana photos.
