Cannabis can not be regulated in Colorado by the Department of Revenue and Matt Cook. The 92 page draft regulations will not help cannabis to grow any better. Only soil grow organic techniques like those described by High Country Caregiver will provide the sought after medicine needed by medical marijuana patients in Colorado.

The mess that Colorado is in dwarfs the mess in LA, and Colorado has so many more dispensaries and wider public acceptance of cannabis as medicine. Colorado cannabis producers and consumers are able to just keep trucking though the tide of confusion that the state has created, and many in Colorado believe that marijuana will be fully legalized in our state by 2012.

Colorado always has the issue of where marijuana is being grown in its cross hairs, however Washington DC goes as far as to tell marijuana growers how to grow marijuana according to the Washington Post. DC and Denver are both cannabis masters who will determine how cannabis will be grown and where.

Wells Fargo used to blaze across the frontier with the horse and wagon getting your load safe to the bank, and you can be sure those cowboys smoked some pot on the 4 month trip to San Francisco where Wells Fargo started. Now banks like Wells Fargo back down away from marijuana dollars citing that they are “in a confusing area between State and Federal law.”

TSA security reports that it is “not their business to bother patients with medical marijuana when passengers are flying from one state to another state that allows medical marijuana”

Weld County, Colorado has been particularly aggressive and unwelcoming to persons of Mexican American decent like Lazarus Pino and this week banned access to marijuana under the assumption that they could do so with their new power structure under CO HB 10 – 1284.

Medical marijuana will now be recognized as medicine in the United States by the Veterans Affairs Department. This is the first time that an official US agency has recognized medical marijuana, and rightfully so as no one is more deserving of marijuana as medicine than the men and women who fought to defend America’s cannabis culture.

California has Colorado beat by a mile on trimming and Colorado really needs to step up on taking the time to trim. Too many dispensaries around Colorado have awesome stains that smell and look great, but with a hack trim job.
