Cannabis can not be regulated in Colorado by the Department of Revenue and Matt Cook. The 92 page draft regulations will not help cannabis to grow any better. Only soil grow organic techniques like those described by High Country Caregiver will provide the sought after medicine needed by medical marijuana patients in Colorado.

Studies involving pain management are few and far between, but in States like California and Colorado that allow medical marijuana, there can be found a representative sample size of patients to complete a legal experiment of the effects of medical marijuana.

The mess that Colorado is in dwarfs the mess in LA, and Colorado has so many more dispensaries and wider public acceptance of cannabis as medicine. Colorado cannabis producers and consumers are able to just keep trucking though the tide of confusion that the state has created, and many in Colorado believe that marijuana will be fully legalized in our state by 2012.

Ritter had speculated along with 30 other states that they would receive more Federal stimulus money and did not receive the total amount in 2010. Left to fend for himself, we applaud Ritter for balancing the budget, and letting being know public about the medical marijuana funds in Colorado. Jah Bless!

For the past 15 years since kind bud first became widely available in Colorado with strains like Cough, Blueberry, Grape Ape, and LGS (Lime Green Sh**), the Colorado grower has diverged to create its own unique varieties of cannabis. The US Patent Office even said that some of the most interesting names it receives for Trade Marks of marijuana related words come from Colorado.

Wells Fargo used to blaze across the frontier with the horse and wagon getting your load safe to the bank, and you can be sure those cowboys smoked some pot on the 4 month trip to San Francisco where Wells Fargo started. Now banks like Wells Fargo back down away from marijuana dollars citing that they are “in a confusing area between State and Federal law.”
