Cannabis can not be regulated in Colorado by the Department of Revenue and Matt Cook. The 92 page draft regulations will not help cannabis to grow any better. Matt Cook from the Colorado Department of Revenue obviously has no clue about growing marijuana or anything else agricultural related. Cook “We plan to track the entire commodity from seed to sale,” said Matt Cook, senior director of enforcement at the Colorado Department of Revenue.
